  • Can I book and pay on the day?

    No - bookings must be made in advance. Places will not be available to purchase on the day.

  • How much does it cost?

    The experience costs £35 per vehicle, which includes three laps behind a BMW pace car, a free photo download of your car taking the chequered flag and a sticker to take home.

  • What vehicles are permitted to take part?

    We can only accept bookings for standard road cars, with no more passengers than the car is designed for. Your vehicle must be in a road-worthy condition with a maximum height of 1.85m. Please note that vans, trucks, minibuses and motorbikes are not allowed. Participants must stay in the vehicle at all times. This is a “quiet” activity – excessively noisy vehicles will not be permitted to take part and there must be no use of car horns.

  • What is the age limit for drivers and occupants?

    There isn’t any! But the driver must be an adult with a valid current driving licence.

  • What is the speed limit?

    You will be allowed to drive at a comfortable speed behind our BMW safety car, always within the national speed limit. Please note – strictly no racing or overtaking will be permitted. This is not a trackday.

  • Will I require special insurance?

    The vehicle must be appropriately insured for regular driving – the normal rules of the road will apply here. You should contact your vehicle insurer if you have any specific concerns.

  • How do I download my e-ticket?

    This will be emailed to you along with your booking confirmation. You’ll also be able to access your ticket by logging in to your MSV account. If you haven’t received your booking confirmation please check any junk folders before contacting us at

  • What time should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your time slot. Please note the exact start time of your experience might vary from the one you have booked, but you can expect to be at the venue for around 30 minutes.

  • How do we listen to Fast Facts as we drive?

    To enable you to listen to our fast facts you'll need a unique website address for your mobile device, which we'll send in advance - please note you will need to use an iPhone 7 or later, or an Android running 8 or later, e.g. a Samsung Galaxy S9 or newer.

    We would recommend you open this webpage while at home to ensure it downloads all the necessary audio clips. Please make sure you allow the page to use Location Services (for some phones you may have to go into your phone's browser settings to enable locaction access). You can also add it to your phone's desktop for easy access by clicking "Add to homescreen" (text may vary depending on phone model).

    When you arrive at circuit simply open the page up and click "Start Tour" and make sure your have your volume turned up. It will use your phone's GPS to track you around the circuit.

  • Will there be toilet facilities?

    Yes – toilets will be available however we advise people to remain in their vehicles wherever possible.

  • Will I be able to purchase food and drink?

    We do not currently plan to open any of our restaurant facilities during this experience. If that changes, we will provide an update nearer the time.

  • What happens if the event is cancelled due to weather or COVID-19?

    Should this occur you will have the option to rebook free of charge. Alternatively you will be entitled to a credit or refund. Under present government guidelines this activity is permitted from 29 March.

  • Are animals permitted anywhere on site?

    No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs.

  • Is it possible to swap drivers during the three-lap experience?

    No – people must remain in their cars at all times.
